Afépame has set up a consumer mediation service for its members. Afépame's consumer mediator is accredited by the Commission d'évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation.

You are a consumer
You have an unresolved dispute with one of Afépame's member establishments that has joined Afépame's consumer mediation scheme (see the updated list of members).
To find out more about Afépame's Mediation Charter, mediation procedures and how to lodge a complaint, log on to the following website: mediateur-consommation-afepame.fr and follow the instructions for either electronic or postal referral.

If you are a member of Afépame and would like to join the Consumer Mediation Scheme, please contact Afépame to find out about the terms and conditions of membership.
This consumer mediation scheme is open only to consumers, i.e. “any natural person acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his or her commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity”, excluding disputes with corporate customers.
