My company intends to become a Payment or Electronic Money Institution. Can I join Afépame?
Afépame is a professional association with two types of members:
1. Full members, which are payment and electronic money institutions authorized in France.
2. Affiliate members, which are (i) authorized or registered by an authority in a country belonging to the European Economic Area, provided that they operate in France under the freedom of establishment through a branch registered in the French trade and companies register, and (ii) unregulated service providers operating in the field of payment methods established in France or having a branch there, such as service providers and subcontractors whose main activity falls within the payment sector.

Afépame recommends reviewing the page dedicated to the approval process as well as the Fintech Charter available online on the ACPR website (link here).
To complete the approval application, it is mandatory to join a professional association such as Afépame.
Can I get some advice on how to apply for approval as a Payment or Electronic Money Institution?
